Do you cover a burn?

I have a burn it is yellow and wet. It is a week old. Do I cover it or not? I think it might be infected but not sure... Any advice please

Icon Question I do not get the elastic band snapping!

I have tried snapping the elastic band on your wrist and the holding of ice but it doesn't help. Is there anyone else out there like this? The urge to burn is overpowering.

there is this one collegue that i just cant tolerate when i am having an episode..I find him to be judgemental and I go super defensive.. and boy do I have a mouth when I need I defensive!!! I now go...

I thought I was the only person in 40's ....distraction I find is the hardest thing I have ever tried to do.. I too find professionals just do not get it! I have been told to hold ice......
