Self harming over 30

Yeah, that's just stupid. I just turned 31 two weeks ago and before today I hadn't cut since I was 14... Nobody told me though, I came here after I did it

May I second that this thread would be good in Vets too. I think people would go (justifiyably) wild if posted in Vets!

Take away my irony for a moment...I agree with whoever commented that older people are less likely to report their self harm. And that can give false statistics
