would not reccomend this book.

Far too personal of ones fight with BPD lots of screaming and crying, vey dramatic.

But just my opinion, maybe its the british in me :cool:

I have phoned the crisis team many times to be told to make a warm drink and go to bed.
Problem with that is one i dont sleep, if i dont take meds i cant sleep i have always suffered from this...
