From what I know CAMHS meetings are confidential unless you're a danger to yourself or others. For this reason alone...you should be able to go by yourself.

Me too. When I leave a message I usually delete it and try about 5 times before deciding it would be better to leave it.

It's tough. But this could improve as you get older.
