I have pretty bad urges at moment, I'm getting a shower soon.. I need to shave but always end up catching myself.. I don't wanna set myself off.. what can I do?

maybe you could get some hair removal cream or something for future use so there would be no chance of catching your skin

avoid shaving till you feel safer to be around sharps.

you should avoid anything that might set you off till you feel safe about it...can you go without shaving for a bit?

I know what you mean.
I don't trust myself, so I use an electric razor.
Do you think that would work?
