Hi everyone. Lots of deliveries again.

Amazon has been terrible with me recently. They don't leave a card when I'm out and I only find out they've been and left my parcel on my back door step when I'm browsing my orders online. What if I didn't go on Amazon on a delivery day? Some also tend to knock on the front door and leave the parcel there and get into their van and drive away without checking if I've picked up the parcel. I might not have been in.

When is your Tesco delivery coming?

Do you have the amazon app? It beeps and let's you know when the delivery driver is within 5 stops of you so you know its almost there

I had 5 substitutions but thankfully nothing unavailable. I accepted them because in one case they gave me 2 nut bars instead of one. My non alcoholic lager I have had trouble getting hold of lately but thankfully it came.

Well I missed my CMHT appointment this morning because I wrote down the wrong time, so he saud he'd call at 2 but hasn't yet... which isn't great...


On the flip side though had a meeting with the police about doing an awareness and anti stigma educational thing for officers who have to attend welfare checks and suicidal call outs. So that was interesting


Now waiting for a zoom thing at 5 about the crisis line. I seem to have accidentally become a campaigner not sure how that happened but i seem to be good at it and it makes me feel useful so not going to complain. Pity it's not paid though

Nope, not CMHT call... but my phone signal is crud so thinking maybe that's why... Will send him an email in the morning. I'm seeing him twice next week anyway
