not sure what causes it... for me it happens when I'm stressed/anxious... and often it sort of gets worse and worse until I start seeing things that are not real, but I semi-know that they are not real which apparently means it's not psychosis, so I have no idea what it is

Havent really noticed when mine 'turns on' but it has been really bad lately, like an hour ago, just the slightest movement and I am beginning to see these black things move from the side, dont know if it is something, my vision, or what. But I dont know if this has any correlation with my OCD because both are getting worse!
Any way you deal with it or know how to possibly 'calm' it or make it less frequent?

not really found anything that works... I just try to ignore it, sometimes focusing on something close (like a book) helps, but not found nything that helps consistently
