they were a bit disjointed to be honest... still sort of peicing together parts of my past and so keep getting nosensical nightmares which when I wake up I can remember fully and feel like I can rememeber the events, but then they start to fade and all I'm left with is feeligngs of fear, sickness, and random pains in parts of my body. Last night I also got the taste of blood in my mouth...
the ones of things that i remember properly are worse in many ways though... with those I wake up and for a few secnds still think that I am "back there"...
anyway... as long as I stay awake it doesn't matter *nods*

cant sleep if it's too light. my brain sort of assosiates light with daytime and dayime with having to be awake.
My partner is staying over tonight which should make slleeping a little easier, but he neer goes to bed until silly o'clock so basically waiting for him to go to bed before i do

Trips not going so well last night at the dance a guy grabed me kissed me hard and stuck his hand up my skirt I didn't even know him and I screamed and ran in to a corner behind the props (it was in a prop house). It set of flash back and I got really trigered and he wouldn't let me cut(my gay guy friend) ughhhh
