It's kind of hard to find out. Sometimes the memories come back. If it supposedly happened recently there miht be physical signs. Otherwise you need to wait honey.

sometimes external signs can be found. its like detective work, been doing it myself recently, contacting people I used to live near and stuff. eventually i found psych and police records though which made it easier.

if there is anything there though it best not to force it. it will have been blocked out for a reasons
