That must be really hard for you. Have u tried to write things out or speak to someone about it, instead of having to deal with it by yourself. Finding a way to express this can help... Try and remember they are memories he can't hurt you anymore hun...

Theres no one i can speak to about it i don't see my therapist until the 17th and right now i feel like i'm drowning.
I know he is just down the street from me and i feel ill with fear the thoughts are so strong tonight and it's getting worse. I'm really thinking about doing something stupid to get me back to reality
I hate him so much and all those other people :(
