my boyfriend woke me up last night and i screamed at him and hid under my covers. i saw my ex when i woke up, not my bf. its been about 3 weeks since my ex got into bed with me. it was so terrifying. my bf was scared of me, said i looked like i was a different person. :( i feel so stupid, i cant sleep for nightmares. anyone pls. i cant bare to be alone right now.
