I was just reading Matthew's thread "being a vet isn't easy" and (among other things) it got me wondering how old everyone here is. I'm 21 and have sort of drifted in to lurking about in here because I feel a bit older than the the other boards . . . but having read that post it got me thinking that maybe everyone in here is older than me. So I thought I'd ask.
Anway, end of random post.

35 - but I think age gets less and less important the older you get. I have friends in their 20 and friends in their 50s - we have things in common and that's what counts.
i am 22 on 13th (yes its a friday this year and i was born on a friday )
i also have friends that are a variety of ages. one of my closest friends is 35, i also have friends in their teens, 40's, 50's. its just the norm for me.

It's not that I don't want to talk to you guys if you're all older than me (or younger than me), I was curious as to what the average age of vets is. I was thinking that a lot of the other boards (although not all) I've sort of grown out of, but then I wasn't sure I'd grown up enough to be in here. Until I read Matthew's post I'd sort of assumed that people in here were in their 20s, then his post got me thinking that maybe I was one of the young ones in here.
And general 3am curiosity got me to post and ask you. :)

at the irriating age where feel "old" on the other boards but sometimes a little young to be in here...
not calling people old... think it's with being a student so not really properly got into the "real world" just yet... I mean feel slightly closer to "real world" problems than most students at my uni who just seem to get given everything and never have any problems... but still not really truely into "real world" issues just yet whereas others in here are...
Wake me up before I change again
Remind me the story that I won't get insane
Tell me why it's always the same
Explain me the reason why I'm so much in pain.
I guess I find it easiest to talk to people who are in similar situations, which for me these days is work, living in my own flat etc etc but it's interesting to talk to people in different situations and realise how much we have in common!
