Triggering (OD) - Sorry its me again
Im feeling alot worse today and i wanted to take a overdose earlier on. I always have a urge for about a hour and afterwards i always feel drained.
My course tutor had a word with me and she was very nice about it and we had a wee chat and she was we do have people here to help n support ye but the good one is on holiday at the moment. I have to wait until monday to see her.
Im seeing the pychs tomorrow should i tell her how worst im feeling lately

I think that you should tell them, I mean the more honest you are the more they can help.

Ok i will write a note to her explaining how i feel. I gave my pills to a friend to bin yesterday

Well done for giving your pills to a friend. As someone who ods as a method of sh, I understand how overwhelming the urges can be and also how hard it can be to put them out of the way and to be left feeling trapped. please tell your psych.

Yeah it felt like my head was screaming inside and nobody heared it except from me.
I was about crying when my friend took them cose i knew i needed them but it was the safer option to hand them over

Sounds like you made the right decision...you're doing really well, even though it might not seem like a very good thing to you now. Just the fact that you're noticing the problem and taking matters into your own hands (in a positive way) is a big step. I'm thinking of you and sending good vibes. *hugs*
