Hooray!
I needed to do some last bits of shopping today, and went into Sainsbury's on the way to work, thinking that might be easier than when I finish at 1pm.
And I was right - hardly anyone in there, and only one person in front of me in the queue.
This has made a girl with agoraphobic tendencies very very happy!
I did Sainsbury's shopping on Christmas Eve 4 years ago, and NEVER AGAIN!!!

That's great. I'm getting the train home to my mum's in a bit and then I have to go christmas food shopping at the supermarket. My housemate and I have made a bet as to how many trolley/basket bruises I'll end up with and how many people I would feel like killing .
Have a nice christmas katie!

That's great! I'm doing the Sainsburys shop tonight (waiting till my little girl is asleep so my sister doesn't have a hard time looking after her - she's in bed, but not asleep yet). Hopefully it won't be too busy. It's nearly 8pm.
We have a tradition of using our Nectar points on the xmas shop! I wonder how much we'll save this year?

YAY!
Shopping is always so much better when there is no one to get under your feet/make you want to punch them in the back of the head/make you want to genrally maim everyone is sight.

I decided to buy all the Christmas shopping after dropping my boyf. at work on Monday - it was 7am, and there were still quite a few people wandering about! But, it was almost eerie how quiet it was - and how you walk in when it's dark, and walk out when it's light!
But, glad you got everything sorted, Katie :)
And hope you enjoyed your Christmas!

It's nice when it's stupidly early.
