Is it really odd that I growl when i'm angry?
My boyfriend thinks its really weird.
I think i'm almost feral.
Is it possible to be a feral person though?

I don't growl... but I do have a habit of meowing when I'm scared, and at a few other times... half the time without even realising that i've done it :/

I'm not sure why you growl... but a lot of people when they are really angry sort of loose the ability to speak properly and miss words out or just simply scream... so maybe it's like that... the anger become so extreme that there is no real verbal way to express it so noises happen instead?

Personally I don't think it's odd at all. If anything, it's an emotional release and a way of expressing yourself. I know I do it alot, when I'm either peeved off or playful - it confuses people who know me. Although, what does he consider a problem/odd? Because unless it affects your everyday life & relationships then surely it wont be a problem. Or is there something else, along with this, that you would like to talk about? (:
