Triggering (SI) - Question about scars

Hello there RYL world..
I have a question: Are there any scar-fading treatments that actually work? I've seen adverts for gels and creams that claim to fade stretch marks and, most importantly, scars. I've heard cocoa butter helps.. Is this for real? Has anybody had any experience with these sort of products? I am sick of being reminded of my darkest times every time I look at my arm/leg.. I was just wondering if there was anything that could help? And if not, will the scars ever disappear on their own? Or am I stuck with them for the rest of my life? Any opinions/personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

To everybody who reads this:
Stay strong and safe!
Xxx-- Robyn

I'm going to a clinic in the RedCross soon, they come to your house and compare your skin colour to their make up and creams, well then you go to a clinic
xxx
give them a call,it's free.

I'm currently trying wheat germ oil that I bought from Holland and Barrett. I've only been trying it for a few days though. I have to swallow some like medicine and rub some on the scar - I'll tell you how it goes if it works though ;)

If you don't like how things are, change it. You are not a tree!

I've heard a lot about Bio-oil... so assume it must at least sort of work... thing is most of the scar redusing things are REALLY expencive... I heard that simple body butter can work :/ but I'm not sure on that one... I started using cocca butter about a month ago but not much of an effect can be seen yet...

Bio-oil works well if you keep it up
So does coco butter but it takes longer to notice
But you really have to dedicate yourself to it!!
The more you do it the sooner you see a difference.

You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.
