need some outside support quitting marijuana. quit tomorrow!

So I'm quitting tomorrow. So that's when the crankiness will kick in really. I'm 21 and have smoked the stuff for years. I can't condone it and I don't want it to have a hold on me anymore. I feel I need it to sleep, eat and relieve stress. But that's every other potheads excuse. Ill be quitting along sside my new partner and I won't be socialising where it's gonna be there in my face. I have a big incentive which is my three year old. She lives with my mum I have bpd and two years ago left a domestic relationship and felt like mum could give her more then I could then and I have never lied about my usage of marijuana. I'm a pretty open person. The second is my mental health and physical. I'm not unhealthy or overweight. Just a bit lazy with exercise and I want more. I'm just worried. I need ssomewhere away from home and here to speak, seek advice and have a good moan when I need to. Anything from questions to sstories of quitting or advice is welcome. I'll probably be here a quite a bit for a while

Thankyou All. Yesterday wasn't that bad!! Took me a tad longer to eat. And a couple nnaproxen to help me sleep. The nightmares though... no need for them. Woke up at half six crying it was the worst dream I've ever had. Dreading bed time xx

Good luck with it. Only thing I can recommend is try not to count how many days you have been without. Makes it seem much harder.

I've only really craved once. Yesterday when I was stressed. Nightmare last night wasn't as gory. Thank god. But was still realllly freaky. Thankyou all for the support. Hope my dream catcher works tonight! Xxx

In just quit in November. Also i just did it. My own fault it was available, and I asked. Foolish on my part. I quit during a suicidal phase. So I don't have much memory of cravings or anything. I will tell you I am craving since I slipped. No worries, i will not slip again.

I do what to encourage you to do the mental work. The thinking like. ...I can get through this. I am developing new habits, New skills. I am stronger than those fools think. I got this. Self encouragement helped me a lot.

Good luck.
