Never self harmed this bad. Bit intoxicated with alcohol and at home can not stop going music blaring in my ears so glad iPad has prediction.

If the wounds need medical attention please get them seen to.

I wouldn't suggest going out tonight as you are already intoxicated and not particularly feel safe.

Have you ever spoken to anyone about the abuse?

I really do think it might be a good idea to get things checked out, particularly given where they are and that they're worse than normal.

I used to self-harm in that area, it very often needs medical attention even when the wounds don't look that bad to you, just due to the location. Do you think you might need to get checked out?

Also I'd like to echo the above: are you getting any support for the abuse?

I don't think it needs checked honestly.

I am gonna tell psych everything like how I have been feeling, what I have been thinking of getting in to.etc.

What do you think you could do to distract yourself?

If you're sure the wounds are okay, I'm glad you are going to speak to your psych about it, that would be a really brave step.

Jan sixteen th. so not for a while but slow to him the other day. He said I can call him anytime. I'll call CMHRS on Monday. Lahhhh.
