Good luck, hope you find the right place for you! :) I've never been to view flats before but when looking around for a house at Uni I always enjoyed imagining where all my stuff's gonna go. Kind of like your own Ikea!

It was a good viewing. I'm going to sleep on it, but it's not really want I want so unless I have a brainstorm it'll probably be a no.
It was a bit too itsy bitsy, and wasn't located in a place where I would feel comfortable walking after dark. Otherwise it was ok.
But I have made a start and that is pretty amazing for me.

I hope you did phone and are keeping an eye out. You can see many many many flats before the ideal so don't be disheartened. Having a good idea what you want is a *good thing* there's nothing worse than saying no to the wrong place and being locked into a contract there. Been there done that; not good!!!

I emailed them instead, and things look hopeful.
Last time I rented with an agent, I withdrew from a dodgy let before moving in, thankfully 'only' losing £200 but it has made me so much more wary this time. That time I did find somewhere really nice with a different, more reputable agent, at least.
