Given in an exam that should still warrant at least half a point.

I love maths. Proving Pythagoras' Theorem is fun.

I remember that exam question picture, it's funny.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I gave up on maths the day letters came into it. Maths is supposed to be about numbers.

Finding the hypotenuse has been one of the less grueling topics of maths, I feel. Lol.

Many people don't like maths. But I see pretty much everything in numbers. I prefer numbers/algebra to words. I hated English lessons at school.

Fair enough. I used to enjoy Latin because I was good at it, but I'm not a languages person as such.

I did the British Maths Olympiad several times, I like their papers. The last one I did was this one, I loved the first question.

Yeah, languages are likely to be forgotten if you aren't using them.
As for Maths, I find it calming. As working out that sort of thing is far more straight-forward and easy to handle than other issues that may be around in life away from study. [Even at the bits I get stuck on, heh]

technically a lot of porblem solving uses algebra... anything with a variable could be seen as algebra.

even if you don't use algebra dirrectly you do use the skills it teaches (problem solving, logical reasoning, etc) every day.

If you play sports then you are constantly using algebra nd geometry without even thinking about it

And then there's also applying for jobs as some will make you sit a maths test :P (some make also you sit an english one and even an ICT one)

I use algebra several times eveyday, but that's probably because I spend half my life studying and tutoring science lol
