I am currently:
insomniatic.

since my break up with my bf
i havent really been sleeping
my insomnia has come back fiercely
even when im tired i cannot sleep
when i do finally sleep i have odd dreams
alot of the time i cry myself to sleep
right now its almost three in the morning
im really tired but cant sleep
i was laying in bed about two hours
then decided to get up and get online
its like this every night
some better, some worse :/

I am currently:

apparently it helps with sleeping if you have a night time routine. Also not being online/watching TV/etc within about half an hour of going to bed as otherwise the mind is too active.

do you know why you're finding it hard to sleep? do you think it's connected to the breakup?

I am currently:

i was laying down for like three hours and couldnt sleep
and yes i do feel its connected tto my break up
thus why i mention it

Maybe you should make an appointment with your doctor, they may be able to give you something to help you sleep. Also maybe you might find it helpful to talk to someone about the break-up if it is affecting you this much. Take care

I only asked as maybe the break-up had triggered some other feelings or past things rather than been dirrectly related.


If the sleeping is really bad then itmay be an idea to speak to your doctor about it. Often sleeping becomes a visious cycle because the more tired you get the wworse everything seems making sleeping harder.

well i already have sleeping pills, but wanted to take them as a last resort, last night my mom had me take one cuz i told her i havent been sleeping very well at all, now its about nine in the morning and im actuaully awake on a saturday
