I know shouldn't hurt the body... but the bad man had rules, and if we break those rules he hurts us... I have not seen him for long long time, but cannot let rules be broken or he may come back. But everyone else does not understand that I am trying to keep us safe

Ah man sorry about Jasper yesterday, though it looks like they all had a nice chat!

Had a sh*t evening yesterday, I "came back" and read through all the posts that Jasper has made and looked at the empty biscuit packet and freaked. I did exercises for ages and took a load of laxatives. Had a better day so far, saw my care worker this morning which was really good.

It's strange that Jasper popped out yesterday. He hasn't been out for over a month.
