I'm a bit all over today... didn't sleep at all last night, I had this awful/scary/worrying thought and now can't stop obsessing... made a thread abut it, ut not sure there are any answers to this worry...

Shadow: *hugs* Please get some sleep. For a lot of people, not sleeping well or at all can seriously disturb the balance and trigger episodes. Take it easy and get some rest, ok?

Annie - I am glad to hear that you have a good idea of what to do to help you through these period. Depression demotivates you from doing basic things that will lift you. Exercise helps but you're too depressed to move, eating well helps but you're too depressed to it, keeping busy helps but you feel depressed... I know it's really really hard. But you can do it sweetie. We are all here to support you *Hugs*

I used to find stuff like that written on my body as well. Freaked me out and like Hazel I did think about it a bit too much! But yeah try not to dwell on it. Take care of yourself.

I feel really sh*tty today. The hallucinations are getting to me, my self image is terrible and I hate my body, and I don't have anything to do today which is bad news. I need to get up and get myself going but I just don't see the point.

Sorry we're not around so much, but things at university have been busy and we seem to spend more time out than Shadow does right now. And we have no internet at home which is annoying. Hopefully we'll be back more often soon.
