sleep deprevation is never fun... I was having that last week, and then ended up sleeping about 12 hours yesterday  which is anoying as I had stuff I was meant to be doing and ended up sleeping through it lol

I've got to go to some stupid course thing. The job centre is making me go as they say I am "healthy enough to work" so I have to go to this course on CV writting, interveiw skills, ect.
Thing is my GP, my old psych and the tutor on this course all say I am not well enough to work lol, but the job centre is in charge of my benefits so I must do what they say :/

Job centres are a nightmare, they always wanted proof in triplicate of who I was. That does sound really unfair. I hope that the course goes ok/isnt too much of a pain.
