he'd know that not everyone had taken it but he probably wouldnt know who had and who hadnt

He can tell if someone hasn't taken it by counting the amount of people who have turned it in, but he wouldn't be able to tell who. So it's probably not that manditory.
Personally I think you should be honest, but that's just my opinion. You do what you feel comfortable with sweetheart.

That's what i thought. But then I don't see th epoint of having it be manditory. Or maybe he can see who has taken it, just not the names. But then it wouldn't really be that anonymous.

Don't apologise hun. You do what you want and can do. I hope you take this opportunity to tell him exactly what you're feeling, but if you don't, hopefully you'll get another chance. It's not the end of the world.
Plus, how can he say it's manditory? Some people may not have internet at home, or could have a broken pc or have virgin media internet which means there's a good chance it's down or continuously cutting out. (No...I don't hate my internet provider or anything...)
We can take it at school. And everyone have internet and computers there.
I don't know what to do. I know in reality he was right to give up on me. I know I already have. So I guess I shouldn't complain.

Well when does it have to be done by? If you've got a little bit of time, even a day or so, then sleep on it. Make a thought out decision.
