I love banannas and grapes. I dont like oranges, tangerines satsumas or pineapples. Im quite fussy when it comes to eating fruit. I cant have bananas when they are brown, they are disgusting I can only eat them when they are green, not to green though. I cant eat apples, pears plums or nectarines when they are soft they have to be quite firm, otherwise they taste awful As for fruit juice i dont drink fruit juice as i cant drink to much acid, i suffer with alot of ulcers some times.
I once ate a banana that was black for a dare. It was so off that I had to eat it with a spoon. Lol. goodtimes.

Fruit bowl is good. I recommend golden delicious apples (wait until they're half yellow) and clementines. Also mango (ripe) and pineapple (don't leave it for too long) are good.

Plenty of things can cause ulcers, and there are far worse (and more common) causes than fruit consumption. Oranges don't have the capacity to change skin colour as far as i'm aware, that's usually carrots due to the amount of beta-carotene.
Carrots turn you orange and tomatoes turn you red. Therefore if you have an orange person they may have been eating A LOT of carrots and tomatoes :P
sorry thought I'd point it out lol.
Also it depends what type of fruit because if you eat like five apples its only classed as one portion of fruit or veg a day etc.

You can eat as much fruit as you want but you need to be getting nutrients from other sources too like protein and carbs which fruit cannot give you so it really should be an extra and not replace a main meal. x x
