tomorrow I have a stall, selling ribbons giving out leaflets, etc... now... should I or should I not wear short sleeves? I mean I have been wearing short sleeves alot recently, the way I see it if someone sees someone sees... meh.... but... I don't want to purposely draw attention to it...
i think you should, be proud and let them know your not just doing it for the "attention" or whatever that you really do know what your talkng about, you get what i mean?

i dont think so.. i mean the whole point of tomorrow is to promote the awareness of self harm and to try and give those that feel alone the support and re-asurrance they need, i think they will feel more comfortable knowing that there seeking help were people have been through it and know about it rather than someone who is on the outside looking in if you know what i mean. obviously thats my opinion and if your not comfortable showing your scars then dont hun =] your choice =] x

To be honest, it might put some people off from approaching you even if it is SI AWARENESS. It's just a thought but if you want to wear short sleeves, then go for it. It is a day to not be ashamed.
