Gaining notoriety is different from being popular. And I know how narrow that dividing line can feel when one has been isolated a lot of their life. Any attention can feel better than none. But.

I guess as I've been away a while, and now come back, it takes a while to settle back in. I know I've had my 'moments' here. Some when I was very unwell. Some when I was learning to assert myself and it sort of conflicted with others - it happens as one finds one's sense of self. But I think I'm settling in again here now. :) With who I am now/today, of course.
I think there has been quite a big turn around over the last few months of regular posters and those that are now the 'popular' members.. its always difficult to get back into the swing of things.
I guess its like being the most popular kid in your class and then being held back a year and not knowing anyone.
There will always be the members that have been here for years and years and have contributed more than a lot of the new folk will ever know, i think youre one of them Katie.
