I cut... for the first time in a year and a half. I'm so ashamed because they're not even 'real' cuts. I was too chicken to do any worse because I no longer have the control I used to.

im so sick of taking plls/meds (its been 7 years) am im still not okay!

My mental health advisor asked me whether I'd been taking my meds. I said yes. I haven't taken them for over a month.
