How can you make him ill? As far as I am aware unless you are physically doing something you cannot make someone ill. Especially not by refusing to do something that is wrong and is hurting you. He is making you ill.
This is not your fault and just because you consent doesn't make this any easier on you because its obviously making you feel bad.

You haven't done anything wrong you are being taken advantage of and if your friends hate you that is their problem not yours.
You cannot hurt everyone you don't have that much power over anyone noone does.

The way he is treating you and using you is wrong.

you're not going to make him ill... I used to think similar with my abuser... he was deressed and hear voices and stuff, and told me I'd caused it... I was scared of what he'd do (possibly to himself) if I didn't do what he wanted...
but it's not true... he's emotionally blackmailing you, manipulating you... he is in the wrong...
a "good f***" cures nothing and doesn't "sort people out"... and you doing what he wants isn't going to make him "better" or cure him of depression... you didn't cause it... there is NOTHING that you could have done to deserve what he's doing to you

he thinks im stupid and just having a go at me for the self harm and other things and says im a waste of time in that sense and that it wont help me but sleeping with him obviously will
