I no longer have 40 cakes. I fed them to everyone, and even had cake for breakfast yesterday, but I want to bake again tomorrow, so I think I will.
Whoever wanted to adopt me: feel free, I can be your cake baking loony, though I would have to post you cakes, and that might not work so well.
Then again, I've received smarties by post before...

lol, I do that... I once made 243 small cakes 4 large ones and 2 cheesecakes in a day 
ratios:
however much flour put in the same of sugar. and for every 60g of flour add one egg
eg)
110g flour = 110g sugar = 2 eggs
