I'd say yes... it's not as if you were awake to consent to it.

For those doubts that swirl all around us
For those lives that tear at the seams
We know… we’re not what we’ve seen
For this dance we’ll move with each other
There ain’t no other step than one foot
Right in front of the other
~ We're marching on... ~

I would think it would classify as rape. You didn't give consent and that's what rape is about.

It would depend on the circumstances, for example I used to have a deal with an ex that whoever woke up first woke the other one up with oral.
However if no consent was given beforehand then technically it is and I'm fairly certain people have been prosecuted for it.
Did this happen to you? If so how are you feeling about it now?
Look aftr yourself

i agree with heidi tiger... I think it depends upon the circumstances and how your relationship works... So I'm really not sure...
If this happened to you have you discussed it with the other person at all?

It depends.
I've woken up in the middle of the night to discover i'm having sex, it was frickin' weird - I felt a little embarrassed and disgusted but I didn't consider it 'rape'.
I've also been woken up by sex, and i've never considered that anything bad because it was a nice way to wake up...
Depends how you feel about it.

sorry but legaly thats rape, but if you don't feel violated then you proberbly don't feel like it was rape. if you are for any reson unable to give consent then it is asumed in the law that you didn't and that makes it rape. its a horrible thing to wake up somthing like that, im not sure if it helps that it was a partner. but i hope you are ok.
