bright red scream is by marilee strong i thing. waterstones do it, but most dont stock so they would have to get it in for you

red tears, i loved-a little triggering but very much related to it (apart from the loosing friends bit)
bright red scream i also have, find it very triggering but good, lots of diff perspectives from diff people, havent finished reading but more of a dip in and out book

i ordered both of the asda website so noone knew who i was.

also recently brought "cut" from sainsbury's but havent read that yet

Cutting by Steven Levenkron is pretty good. I recommend A Bright Red Scream by Marilee Strong.

Cut is a fiction book about a girl who cuts. She goes for treatment and does group therapy and individual therapy. While shes there she refuses to talk to anyone. Then like half way though she does start talking. A bunch of other people are at the treatment place with other problems like eating disorders. There is also another girl who cuts that comes to the place later on.

I'm too lazy and tired right now to look up the authors but if you type in the books on google it will come up with the author.
