Is it considered self-harm

Is it considered self-harm to knowingly mix medications that you know could have a potentially dangerous or life-threatening interaction?

I would say it is because your doing it knowingly however is the intention to cause harm to yourself ? X

I agree. Any form of deliberate harm is considered SI.

I'd imagine so, in a simialr way to ODs I guess. If you do a thing with the intention of cauing hjarm to yourself then it stands to reason that it is self harm

I think whether to count it for yourself in terms of time-free from self-harm etc is an entirely personal decision based on the nature of the behaviour and your motives behind it, but in general yes, I'd say that would be considered as self harm. If you have done this I would strongly advise getting yourself checked out by a medical professional to monitor and treat any damage that may have been caused.

No other sadness in the world would do
