I do feel like the urge is strong and like I do have to hold myself back. I haven't had any thought of it though lately thankfully.
For coping, I don't really have a way to cope. Just getting angry...

Every time I don't cause harm to myself and someone makes me mad, I have thoughts of actuality killing them. That I would if I had a knife in my hand, I would stab them to death. So if I don't cause...
