I am 32 and I have a great life. I didn't cut for 4 years. It has gotten stressful after all this time and I cut. Now I'm so preoccupied and triggered it is all I think about...Help?

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to preemptively enter a day program for a couple weeks to work on coping before it gets worse. It's just easy to feel like I'm back in that dark place again.

So this has been an ongoing issue for me. I will go for months without cutting or thinking about it then it'll enter my mind and won't leave. Recently, I was not triggered and life is pretty good...
