Contains sexual abuse - A memory came back

So I went through pretty extensive abuse (verbal, physical and sexual) when I was aged 6 to 12 years old, by the hands of two different men my mum was involved with. The memories are coming back in pieces and each one that comes back freaks me out so much. Last night I had a horrid nightmare in which I remembered being locked in a closet by one of the men, crying and screaming. I then remember being dragged out of the closet and taken into another room where I was beaten and thrown on a bed and then violently raped. I don't know if this was a one time thing or if it happened multiple times but all I know is I am now shaken, triggered, and very upset.

Just a quick update, I'm doing a bit better with this regard and am learning to process and work through the trauma, slowly but surely.
