i am really struggling. managed to throw away the stuff i was planning to OD on but i am still taking lots of diet pills and self harming etc etc

i find that both asthma attacks and the side effects f ventolin are quite similar to panic attacks, so can you try and work out if the feeling comes right after taking meds or something?
why not ring...
