The Supporters are solely about increasing the support available on RYL for people, which covers live help, the email account, thinking of ideas to improve the support you can get through the forums and chat, and setting up things like the
1 day, 2 forums, 3 replies, 4 smiles! that's been floating around recently. The person to talk to would be
klo_flo as Michelle said. I don't think you can just volunteer to be a supporter though - you need to be active and supporting alot around the forums first.
The Community Team are a select group of members who want to improve RYL in general, from uploading more information on to the Main Site, writing articles, re-doing Stickies and trying to find a way to bridge the gap between general members and staff.
