How the Hell to tell someone --BEFORE CUTTING????

Simple to say you will tell them if you fell like it. But something happened day before yesterday...reasons why I am alienating myself.

I made the promise..to my boss and owner. I made cat scratch.. told one who told them.
Tough love...she was irrate..stated I stabbed her in the back. I wanted to do it till i was dead..or shoot myself with the thing in the closet.

So after 30 years...trying to get help..how does one say "I have something , I feel pressure, I want to, I am going to..."


Her words echo the whole day. I feel like a failure. It is hard to let go. I t is hard to speak emotion that tears from within.
