Adult - Question (Trigger: R*pe)
My friend asked me this, but I'm not exactly sure of the answer.. I would kind of say yes, but I don't know, so I'm putting it to you...
Your getting it on with a guy, but you say stop and tell him to put on a condom. You would carry on with him if he did this. However, he doesn't put a condom on and just carries on. My friend felt that she had no choice but to go with it.
I'd like to say thank you in advance to anyone who replies

by general definition it's not, but being a victim of rape i would say yes because its was something felt forced to do. he didn't stop when she asked so.....yeah.

I'm not sure... but I guess if she did say "no" or tell him to stop then legally it would be rape. if not then legally I guess no...
on a none legal front though, psychologically speaking even if it wasn't technically r@pe I reackon it would be similar... still got that lack of control, and feeling of being forced/violated...
so I'm not sure really... bit of a grey area situration... I guess in the end it comes down to how this person feels about it, rather than getting bogged down in technicality...

Even if it isn't legally classified as rape, it can still feel like rape. After all, she did tell him to stop. And she probably does feel very violated that her wishes weren't respected.
In this case, it would be all about how she feels. Please be there to support your friend.

Thank you for all of your replies... I have passed them on to her... Your replies have helped her to sort out her head a bit.
Thanks! :)

as I understand it, if she said 'no' it was rape.
The difficult thing in that situation would be to prove it and prosecute him - but it's still rape, and like everyone else has said, the legal technicalities aren't important and how she feels is important. I hope she's doing OK
