is it normal for the live chat window to close down when its only been open a few minutes? this always happens to me.

No it's not, there are a few problems with live help sorry for the trouble but hopefully those problems will be fixed with the arrival of v4. If you need to talk to someone you could try again or email. support@recoveryourlife.com

I seem to remember (granted, I'm going on three-year-old information) that there were quite a few tech problems. However, do bear in mind that should chat break, you can - as Katy said - email support, or go into RYL chat - it's not Supporters Live Chat, but there are often people in there who you can talk things through with.

I dooooon't know if they have or haven't, just that I remember having tech issues when I was a supporter.
