distance is har, but you haven't lost her. you're relationship will just have to adapt, and with time that will get easier. you can still talk via phone and internet, and when you do get to see her you will value those times so much more
as for your other friends... maybe tell them that you'd be upset if any of them moved? sort of to appease them...
