ok i went to my drs 2 weeks ago and she said she thinks i have bipolar and not depression so she sent me off to get a blood test and other then my sugar levals being a little high everything was ok...

i can get panic attacks but not verry often and i had eaten today so i couldnt have been that and its not everytime i dont eat of anything theres no pattern to it that i can c and it dont help atm...
