God it's the nightmares. I have PTSD and DID too, I have horrid flashbacks and I am never really awake or asleep. It's horrid. I am trying so hard for this. I want to be okay.

I have flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks you name it. I either don't sleep or I do so poorly. I wish I hadn't told them but I think I needed help...

Okay I guess, managed to avoid SI in favor of more positive things, didn't jump to the Valium either so I feel that is a marked improvement and my achievement for today.
