i have been noticing alot more recently that my boyfriend picks his scabs alot and i asked him why he did it and he said "i like the pain it makes me feel better" upon hearing this i started...

i have managed to cut my purges down alot so i think im doing better but its really hard...... i dont binge anymore so im just purging my main food so yeah not good! i also get head rushes everytime...

i know hwo you feel and this isnt uncommon i relied on it so much that i couldnt get up without doing it and when i stopped i used to have panic attacks when i thought of not being able to do it...

i know you wont agree but i am proud of my scars i think they show what i have been through in my life and tell a kinda story, every time i look at them it reminds me how far i have come and i am now...
