Triggering (Suicide) - The Way Things Are *help me* **updated**
We have run out of money. Literally. And almost run out of food. The landlord is coming round some time this week to check the house and tell me if I can stay till August. If not I'll have to leave in less than 2 weeks.
I have a dissertation meeting in an hour. I'll have to walk there. I can't cancel because my email won't work. I haven't even showered and can't eat. I got so close to slashing my wrists just now.
I don't know what to do...

Just try and do one thing, try and foget about the others and just achieve one thing at a time, otherwise you'll just keep getting ovewhelmed and that's a very scarey thing.

Thanks guys :) That really helped me. I did go to my dissertation meeting, it took 40 minutes to walk there. Good exercise though! On the money side of things, we are still very poor but managed to get a little bit from the job centre finally, and will get it every week. It's only £20, which is peanuts, but we have a bit of food now. Neil, the landlord, is coming round tomorrow so I will know then if I'm getting to stay or not. I have so much on my mind and am soooo worried about everything but I have so much ****ing strength in me it is unbelievable. I will not be beaten by this.
In other news, I'm 1 month SI free today. I had such an urge this morning but I resisted it. I'm proud of myself.
