Would you ever sign up for BB/ Xfactor/ Pop Idol etc??
I just had a look at what programmes I could apply for on the tv and have decided that I don't really have the characteristics they look for on these programmes... i.e. insanely beautiful, insanely talented and/or just insane.
But I have applied for the gap year one on channel 4 anyway, because I have nothing to lose.
Just wondering whether you would apply/ have applied for any?
PS. fyi I have linked the 'be on tv' pages so click: here if you're interested in BBC, here if you're interested in ITV and here if you're interested in channel 4.

Reason: Change the title
Yuck. I can't understand why anyone would want to be famous. But good luck in whatever you want.

I would never apply because to any of those those types of shows because I don't like the idea of being seen by millions plus I don't have a shred or talent and I would rather not humiliate myself!!
You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.
I was in the channel 4 doc about self harm/RYL. I was only in it for like, ten seconds, but I kind of wish I hadn't now because I'm forever linked to self harm.
And I'm not talented enough to go on X factor =] Could go on for a laugh I suppose.
Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.
the only thing i applied for was "supersize vs superskinny"....but that was only to see what they asked on the application form.
id never go on the show,or send an app off.
its just not my thing.
These girls i went to school with were on the x factor a couple of years ago, and Simon Cowell said they looked lik the before, during and after of weight watchers, and everyone still takes the piss out of them, so no.. the shame would live withyou forever!
Maybe if I was bored enough, I'd go on a game show (like The Price is Right or Jeopardy or something) cause you only have to be on there for like a day, and you can win money, haha. But I wouldn't sign up for a reality show, I'm not interesting enough to want to watch for more than one episode :D
I've never wanted to be famous but I'm been Big Brother obsessed this year and that looks like it could be quite fun to be on. Don't think I'd cope being stuck in there all that time though. And I was watching some programme about the auditions and thought that looked fun and wanted to go haha.
I did consider going on x factor once, but then I sobered up.
I think the fame that comes from these shows is somewhat fake, you're generally known for being a complete ********. I would rather achieve fame through my tallents and skills and be respected for what I do.
