I'm not in exactly the same boat, but having done diets before I can empathise with it being really difficult when you lose track.
It's okay that you've planned to have breakfast tomorrow. May I ask if it's a social thing or whether you're having breakfast on your own? If it's on your own can you maybe think of ways to change the way you make it ie grilling instead of frying, add more fruit or veg etc? If you're going out or visiting someone else, that's okay. It's only one meal.
I find that if I 'slip up' one day, I go to town with it. I think, well, I've ruined it now so miht as well eat what I want. If you do this, try not to. A slip up or such-like isn't really what causes the weight to come on, it's more what happens next.
It's easier said than done, but getting into a mindser of being healthy rather than trying to force weight-loss can work a bit better. Drinking more water and doing some exercise can be a good start ppint.
If there are times you feel you're more likely to make less healthy choices like when you're out and about, prepare for that by having a snack with you so you don't end up popping in somewhere for some crisps and chocolate or whatever.
It's important to try to challenge feelings of guilt if they come up if you have a bit of a blow-out. It's okay to socialise, it's really important. Put it behind you and bring yourself back to healthiness asap.
