In need of advice and support!

Hey everyone is there anyone here that would mind reading a big (long very long) post by me and weighing in on my situation?
I'm finding it hard to cope right now with all these strong emotions and I wrote it out with the plan to post it but Im too worried someone I know will read it & that wouldnt end well! (not paranoia my stuff got hacked a while back) Its really personal and *possibly triggering* for some!
I was going to just leave it in journals but I really need someone elses input or Im just going to wallow and beat myself up till Friday comes for my appointment and I cant do that :(
Im sorry its so long winded you obviously dont have to reply to it all but if you could just give me your thoughts on it then I would really really appreciate it! I dont know whether Im justified in my thoughts or am just truly a terrible person :(

Happy to read it if you do feel able to post it here. You could put it in a hide box if you were worried about it being triggering.

Possibly triggering people can chose whether or not to read it. I'm happy to read it and try to help :)

I will love myself despite the ease with which I lean toward the opposite.

Hey thanks for the replies and the offers of help. Sorry I wussed out of posting it. But I have my meeting tomorrow so I'll try bringing it all up then, Im just afraid I'll wuss out of it then too!

Does anyone else find when they go in for their appointment, they tend to waffle a lot? I keep telling myself Im not stressed when Im in there, but I clearly am since I just keep ranting about the stuff I dont care about and then never bring up the stuff that actually worries me?
I feel like everything I say comes out wrong!! :( I talk without thinking sometimes and then regret what Ive said afterwards, which brings on even more anxiety!!!

Today I plan to write out some of the stuff I want to talk about, hopefully that will help tomorrows meeting feel a little more worthwhile.

When I'm anxious I tend to waffle. When you feel yourself ranting try to remind yourself of all the things you want to say. Could you write a list of what you want to say and look at it when you find yourself going off on a rant?

Writing things down is a really good idea. If by the end you haven't said what you need to you can hand it over so they can read it. It's a good idea and means that you'll be able to get out everything you want to :) I hope it goes ok.

That was the plan...but instead I stayed up all night stressing and barely woke up in time for my appointment so just making it in there was an achievement!! I managed to stay on point way more than the last time too. For the next meeting I insist on being more prepared, including having a list of the main stuff thats bothering me..otherwise the list would be never ending! Once I start writing about everything I can barely stop and I dont want to be handing her a 7 paged letter so I'll try to prepare something shorter to the point for my next session! Thanks for the reply!

Well done for making it to the appointment! Preparing for the next meeting and making a list of your main points sounds like a great idea, as it can be really easy to panic and forget what you wanted to say!

Thanks Pi! I know its silly, but honestly if it was even a month ago I would've just turned over and went back to sleep. I guess it confirms that getting better IS important to me :) Sometimes I worry Im not combating my behaviours enough ..but Ive only had two sessions so I just have to accept it will come in time.
My long term boyfriend and I split up today though which is mainly down to my behaviours so Im a little deflated about it all! But Im focused on holding it together! Not letting myself think or worry about how I'm going to survive :( Just getting on with it & thinking about the steps I need to take in order to find somewhere new to live asap.
Theres always a silver lining right? Focus on the good and more good will come of it? I hope so!

Yeah, give yourself time to work through things, recovery takes time!

I'm sorry you broke up with your boyfriend. Do you have friends around you at the moment who can help support you through this break-up and help keep your spirits up? Though it sounds like you're doing a great job of thinking positively yourself, so well done for having such a great attitude.

When is your next appointment?
